Our programming is designed to fulfill Semester Risk Management Requirements while empowering members to navigate campus life with confidence and a heightened sense of preparedness.
We focus exclusively on Situational Awareness, Risk Avoidance, and De-Escalation. Our workshops are strictly non-aggressive, prioritizing controlled defensive movements to mitigate physical injury risk; we do not facilitate sparring or "fight club" scenarios.

Fall: The "Red Zone" Protocol
Designed for active members and executive boards during the first six weeks of the semester. the highest risk period on campus.
Bystander Intervention: Identifying predatory "isolation" tactics used at social events.
The Pack Protocol: Tactics for approaching a compromised sister, creating a protective barrier, and exiting safely as a group.
New Members: Hazing Prevention & Autonomy
A compliance-focused workshop for new member classes during Hazing Prevention Week.
Assertiveness & Boundaries: Utilizing "Verbal Judo" to deflect peer pressure and distinguish between respectful leadership and coercive power.
Adrenaline Management: Teaching members how to manage the physiology of stress to maintain autonomy under pressure.

April: Sexual Assault Awareness (SAAM)
An empowerment-based workshop aligned with national SAAM initiatives.
Boundary Enforcement: Bridging the gap between verbal boundaries and physical defense strategy.
Reactionary Gaps: Using body language and stance to disrupt a predator's "target selection" process.

Comprehensive Insurance: We carry full Commercial General Liability and Professional Liability coverage; Certificates of Insurance (COI) and Additional Insured endorsements are available.
Vetted Staff: Our instructors, led by Tyronne Walker, are background-checked and certified to Monadnock® Law Enforcement Standards specifically adapted for collegiate audiences.
HQ Compliance: Full syllabi are available for National Headquarters review to ensure alignment with organizational safety standards.
