Welcome to ITS Safety Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”), the Strategic Consulting & Educational Division of Incendiary Training Services. By accessing our website, enrolling in our digital Learning Management System (LMS), or booking an on-site seminar, you agree to the following terms.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

ITS Safety Solutions provides high-compliance, low-liability safety education focusing on situational awareness, risk avoidance, and de-escalation.

  • Continuing Education (CE): Professional development co-facilitated by Shamette Franklin, LICSW, and Tyronne Walker, MOAB Instructor.

  • Collegiate Risk Management: Programming for Sororities and Fraternities designed to fulfill Semester Risk Management Requirements.

  • Agency & Corporate Consulting: Strategic safety logistics and environmental audits for professional entities and public agencies.

2. NON-AGGRESSION & SAFETY STANDARDS

  • Zero-Aggression Policy: We focus on preventative environmental strategies and non-aggressive communication. We do not facilitate sparring, "fight club" scenarios, or any form of aggressive physical impact.

  • Controlled Movement: Physical components are strictly limited to controlled, defensive movements designed to mitigate injury risk and facilitate disengagement.

  • Safety Record: Our Lead Instructor, Tyronne Walker, maintains an unrivaled operational record of zero training-related injury claims throughout his career.

3. CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) POLICIES

  • Course Structure: Our 12-hour professional bundle is designed to meet rigorous clinical and safety standards.

  • Board Compliance: Participants are responsible for verifying their state board’s distance-learning caps (e.g., the 10-hour annual/biennial caps in Louisiana and Georgia). We do not offer refunds for credits taken in excess of state-mandated limits.

  • Certificate Issuance: Certificates are issued only upon full completion of the module and all associated digital assessments.

4. COLLEGIATE & AGENCY LOGISTICS

  • On-Site Requirements: Hosting entities (Chapters or Agencies) must provide a suitable facility, such as a Chapter House, auditorium, or designated meeting space.

  • Seminar Duration: Standard seminars are 90 minutes unless otherwise contracted.

  • Organizational Review: Full syllabi are available for National Headquarters or Agency leadership review to ensure compliance with organizational safety standards.

5. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

  • Deposits: All deposits for on-site seminars and consulting services are strictly non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling of an on-site event is permitted only if the request is made in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Forfeiture: Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 14 days before the event results in the complete forfeiture of the deposit and/or total seminar fee.

  • LMS Access: Digital course purchases are non-refundable once the user has accessed the curriculum
