At ITS Safety Solutions (the Strategic Consulting & Educational Division of Incendiary Training Services), we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and professional information you entrust to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data across our digital Learning Management System (LMS) and consulting platforms.
To provide high-compliance safety education and accredited Continuing Education (CE), we collect the following:
Personal Identification: Name, professional email address, and phone number.
Professional Licensing Data: For Social Workers and LICSWs, we collect license numbers and state(s) of licensure to facilitate the issuance of valid Certificates of Completion.
Organizational Affiliation: For collegiate users, we collect Fraternity/Sorority chapter names and campus locations. For agency users, we collect department or company titles.
Financial Information: Payment data is collected for course enrollment and seminar deposits; however, all transactions are processed through secure, third-party encrypted processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Your data is used strictly for the following professional purposes:
LMS Delivery: To manage your student account and track progress through the Social Work CE Course(s).
Credentialing: To generate and verify Certificates of Completion required for professional license renewal.
Compliance Reporting: To provide attendance verification to National Headquarters or Agency Leadership when authorized by the participant or contract.
Communication: To send essential course updates, safety alerts, or notifications regarding scheduled on-site seminars.
We maintain a strict policy against selling or trading your information. Data is only shared under the following conditions:
In accordance with professional standards for Continuing Education, we retain records of course completion, including participant licensing information, for a period required by state boards (typically 5 to 7 years). This ensures you can request duplicate certificates or verification if audited by your licensing board.
We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data within our GHL/LC-powered interface. While no digital system is 100% secure, we utilize encryption and restricted staff access to ensure your professional credentials remain confidential.
You have the right to:
Access & Export: Request a copy of your training records and personal data.
Correction: Update your professional licensing information to ensure certificates are accurate.
Deletion: Request the removal of your account, provided all contractual and regulatory retention periods (for CE credits) have been met.
As we expand our services for public agencies and collegiate chapters, we may update this policy. All changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
