The information provided on the ITS Safety Solutions website, through our Learning Management System (LMS), and during our on-site seminars is for general educational and informational purposes only. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge the following:

1. NOT PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OR LEGAL ADVICE

The content provided by ITS Safety Solutions, including de-escalation techniques, situational awareness strategies, and risk management protocols, is not intended to serve as a substitute for professional legal counsel, law enforcement intervention, or medical advice.

  • For Social Workers: While our CE courses are co-facilitated by Shamette Franklin, LICSW, they do not constitute clinical supervision or medical diagnosis.

  • For Agencies: Our safety audits and logistical recommendations are based on industry best practices and do not guarantee legal immunity or complete protection from all possible liabilities.

2. NON AGGRESSION AND ASSUMPTION RISK

ITS Safety Solutions operates under a Zero-Aggression Policy. We do not teach or encourage sparring, offensive combat, or aggressive physical impact.

  • Our training focuses on proactive prevention, verbal de-escalation, and non-aggressive movement-based strategies.

  • Despite our non-aggressive approach and Lead Instructor Jabari Walker’s zero-injury safety record, any movement-based training involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume responsibility for your physical well-being and any incidental injuries or losses incurred.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF SAFETY OUTCOME

While we provide the highest quality safety education and strategic consulting, ITS Safety Solutions cannot guarantee personal safety or specific outcomes in real-world scenarios.

  • Individual results and the effectiveness of de-escalation depend entirely on environmental variables, individual effort, and the specific circumstances of a crisis.

  • Completion of our Greek-life Risk Management or Public Agency seminars does not eliminate the possibility of future incidents but is intended to reduce risk through preparedness.

4. CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) COMPLIANCE

It is the sole responsibility of the professional participant to ensure that ITS Safety Solutions courses meet the specific licensure requirements of their state board. We make no guarantee that every state board will accept these hours toward your specific biennial renewal if you have already exceeded your state's distance-learning or "home study" caps.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & RESOURCES

Our platforms may contain links to external safety resources, National Headquarters' policies, or state licensing boards. ITS Safety Solutions is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third-party entities.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITS Safety Solutions, its Continuing Education co-facilitators (including Tyronne Walker and Shamette Franklin), and its sister company, Incendiary Training Services, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the application of the techniques taught or the use of our digital platforms.
